You find yourself waking up at night and unable to get back to sleep for an hour or two.

You reach for caffeine first thing in the morning and multiple times throughout the day.

And you constantly feel distracted, as if you have 16 tabs open in your brain, so you’re unable to prioritize and focus on the most important tasks.
I know this because I’ve been there.
I thought I was doing all the “right things”.
The diets. The workouts. All the things that I thought were healthy.
I had to do a deep unlearning of what I thought was “healthy”.
I started new and built a foundation stronger than before. The goal was to leave dieting behind and truly nourish myself, on all levels, through food, rest, movement, sunlight, hydration, and regulation of my nervous system. I left the diet culture/quick results behind and embodied a slower, more intentional approach to building health and energy at the cellular level.
I nurtured my metabolism, which in turn supported and healed my body, through foundational principles to health.
My energy is consistent.
My skin glows.
My hair is full and shiny.
I sleep restfully.
My hormones don’t run my life.
I maintain a healthy weight.
I’m happy.
As I age and new steps to this journey reveal themself, I have the wisdom and foundations to flow with them.
I stopped the push for perfection and instead fell in love with being healthy and well on all levels.
And then I used my passion for teaching others to create a platform to share what I had learned, so that you could learn to heal yourself too.

HEALTH COACHING in a GROUP ATMOSPHERE
This is a practitioner lead platform that offers daily coaching and guidance by me, Dr. Andrea Ryan. I am available to answer questions related to your health and well-being and how to implement practices into your lifestyle safely and effectively.
All coaching is offered within the platform for members to learn from one another. One on One Private Coaching is available as an upgrade (see below).
THE FOUNDATIONS
